The ETH Denver mixer was the largest student-run side event at the conference. Getting there meant sponsors, venue, and programming, all of it sourced by students with no budget to start from.

At Rare Evo I represented CU at College Row alongside 16 students from 8 other schools, which is where the Lintel team came together.

Decision tooling

Market Intelligence Analyst, Ammortal. Wellness hardware, ~$160K unit, sold into pro sports and luxury hospitality.

• run_intel.py — a Monday-morning pipeline that scans for facility construction and personnel hires in target accounts, then writes scored signals into the sheet the sales team already opens. The output is a call list, not a report nobody reads.
• Summit 2026 brief — a self-contained HTML networking doc with embedded headshots, attendee tiers, and filterable tags. Face detection in OpenCV to crop several hundred photos without doing it by hand.
• raise_skimmer.py — built for myself. Surfaces recently funded crypto and AI startups and resolves founders' X handles, so outreach starts from a fresh cap table event.

Short ZKsync

Penn Blockchain researchathon. Valuation work on Artemis data.

A thesis on the gap between fully diluted valuation and realized network economics, built from on-chain revenue and activity data rather than narrative. Written to be defended against someone who disagreed, which is the only useful test of a view.

Lintel

Real-estate bridge lending fund on the XRP Ledger. XRPL hackathon at Rare Evo. I built the interface and presented to the judges. Tyler Martin built the ledger side.

The fund takes deposits into an XLS-65 vault, underwrites bridge loans off-chain, and originates them on-chain via XLS-66. Manager first-loss capital absorbs defaults before depositors are impaired, and NAV per share updates on every event.

My job was making that legible in five minutes to judges who had already seen forty projects. Most of the work was deciding what to cut. The waterfall and the mark-to-NAV mechanic earned screen time; the token standards did not.

Finance at the Leeds School of Business, CU Boulder. Sourcing real company projects for club members to execute this fall, which is the part of the job I like most: finding work worth doing and matching it to people who will finish it.
